Where we are:
We are English Language House and we are on the
1st Floor on the right hand side of this building. You can enter through the double doors at the front and follow the signs for “English Language House” or you can ask at the church reception and they can give you directions to our teaching rooms and the Elh Office. |
The Elh Office:
The Elh Office is on the first floor of our building and it is open each week on:
- Tuesdays from 9:30 to 16:30 (UK time)
- Wednesdays from 9:30 to 16:30 (UK time)
- Fridays from 9:30 to 16:30 (UK time)

What does the Elh Office:
The Elh Office has many jobs to do, but mostly it works with students and teachers to
- organise new student registrations
- arrange new classes and timetables
- send invoices to students and clients
- send students their timetables after they book their course and
- send students their visa support documents so they can apply for their visa to come to the UK to study English
- re-arrange classes or arrange cover for classes if necessary eg when teachers are not available to teach a class maybe because they are running the Cambridge exams.
ELH Lessons and Classes:
Classes at English Language House take place every day from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00 (UK time) and sometimes on Saturday or Sunday mornings from 10:00 to 13:00 (UK time).
Lessons may be Face2Face in person at English Language House in Central Milton Keynes or Live Online via Zoom or Microsoft teams.

What we do:
English language programmes.
- We teach English lessons Face2Face at ELH in Central Milton Keynes.
- We teach Live Online lessons via Zoom to students who do not live in this area or who prefer to study from home.
- We teach Hybrid lessons so that students who are abroad can study with students who are attending classes in person at ELH in Central Milton Keynes.
- We offer self access E-learning courses to students who want to learn English in their own time from anywhere in the world.

We are an authorised examination centre for the Cambridge Exams for international students.

Teacher Training.
We run teacher training courses at certain times each year and we offer our English students the opportunity to join "free English lessons" during our teacher training weeks.
Elh students will be invited to join the Free lessons when these take place.

When you join ELH you will get your own ELH Email address and OneDrive. We will also share the following with you via your elh email and onedrive.

Your teachers and the ELH Office will use your Elh Email and OneDrive to communicate with you and to share important documents and learning material.
You should only use your Elh Email and not your personal email to communicate with your teachers while you are studying at ELH.
